Aaron Strong - Fees and Payment

For most individual and couples/family therapy, payment is expected at the end of each session. I take cash, personal check, or Mastercard,Visa, American Express and Discovery cards. In some cases, monthly billing statements are prepared and mailed out on the first of each month, detailing services rendered, dates of service, and any expenses incurred.

Insurance

I am a preferred provided with Premera Blue Cross, LifeWise, and First Choice Health Network. I will bill for all services.

If you are on any other plan that coveres "out of network providers," I am eligible to provide services as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Please be informed that in order to utilize your mental health benefits I will need to create a dignosis from the DSM V and might be asked to submit limited notes regarding your treatment. Though I do not include my personal session notes I cannot guarantee complete conﬁdentiality on behalf of the insurance company.

Questions you might want to ask your insurance company:

* Do I have mental health benefits?
* Will my insurance plan cover out of network providers?
* How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
* What is my deductible and has it been met?
* How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
* What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
* Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I require at least 48 hours advance notice for appointment cancellations; otherwise you will be charged a full one-hour fee for the missed appointment.

In-office individual psychotherapy & counseling $180/session

In-office couples and family psychotherapy & counseling $210/session
